need some help will pricing a like new possibly unfired Winchester model 70 target rifle in 308. Serial # dates the rifle to 1967 . Front and rear Redfield target sights intact.

It always depends on condition, stock type, bedding and barrel maker. Gunbroker almost always has 3 or 4 for sale at any given time. Go to their bolt action section and type in NM or national match.

They will give you a ball park figure. Nobody shoots them any more in competition because chassis systems or custom adjustable fiberglass stocks rule the roost. There is a collector quality about these old match rifles and someone will be interested on that basis alone.

Is it a long action chambered in .308 or the short action model?

Around $1150 to $1600 would be my guess my guess.

Thank you for the help !!. Couldnt find a bolt action section on gunbroker and NM is different variant than the Target model but your pricing is in the area i was thinking.
