| I've been really interested in this chassis since SHOT show this year, but haven't seen anyone here with it yet. I'm curious if anyone has one or has handled one? Seems like a really nice setup for precision and hunting tasks. |
| I work at a gunshop and we have a MPA complete bolt rifle in Burnt Bronze in 6.5CM and it definitely catches a lot of attention. It isn't wearing the Lite Chasis, it is just the tactical model, I suppose the standard. It appears to be well made and it looks amazing. The bubble level is a nice touch and the monopod is locked up there pretty solid. It is a heavy rifle but that is mostly the barrel, I didn't think the chasis was that heavy, but then again I have a 28'' heavy barrel in a AI chasis. I would absolutely go for it if I didn't already have my 700 in an AI chasis. |

I ordered one in May for my Tikka CTR. Unfortunately I haven't received it yet. I emailed them Thursday for an update on my order but haven't heard back yet. A bit disappointed right now... Interesting, I've been planning a custom rifle for a while but I'm kind of leaning towards a ctr in this stock right now too. If you don't mind, keep us updated with what they say and when you get it. |

They are nice, a little heavier than I like in a stock/chassis. They work very well and are really geared towards PRS/Gaming type shooting. That said no reason one wouldn't work for hunting. Honest question because I haven't handled any aftermarket stocks, but 2.9lbs is heavy? What is a lighter option for a "hunting/tactical" style stock with adjustability, built in magwell, and other similar features? |

The new lite seems like a very nice stock, hopefully they ship them soon. |
| I was able to reach MPA today. Apparently the machine that cuts the Lite chassis had a meltdown and they are tooling up a brand new machine. They offered to send out a regular chassis now but I really wanted the Lite and told them i could wait. They were very sorry for the delay and went over my order with me to make sure things were correct. I feel a lot better now and look forward to when I get the chassis. I'll post up some pictures when that happens. |

| I have the comp model and like it very much. It's quite a bit heavier than the lite model so I'm not really writing for comparison purposes but to tell of my experience with MPA. I ordered my stock from a third party vendor and was sent the wrong item. I ordered a Rem 700 SA comp model and was sent a Rem 700 LA standard chassis. This vendor wasn't real helpful in making it right so I contacted MPA directly and they offered to make it right. They took care of the exchange and did it extremely fast. Even though it wasn't their mistake, they went above and beyond to make it right. Great company to deal with. |
| Figured I'd update the thread for folks interested in ordering the Lite chassis. Long story short, I finally called today and cancelled my order from 4/28/2016. During this whole time i only called once until last week and for 3 straight days I've left voice mails that where never returned. If you are considering the Lite chassis I would advise you call first to see when they are going to be making them. |

That sucks to hear, I still have some time before I will need one, but regardless, the lack of communication is concerning. |

I also had a hard time getting ahold of anyone until I asked for somebody on their Instagram because it had been so long. |

I ordered a MPA chassis a while back. Original quote was 8 weeks. Ended up being close to 18 weeks instead. Mine is not the lite though and is the regular one. http://i68.tinypic.com/2vsj0jm.jpg Quoted:

Wanted to bump this for any new info after SHOT show, didn't see anything about it, but maybe someone else did. Manners is making a line of their stocks, with the MPA rail in it though. |
