I was going to chamber a Rem 700 into 6.5 SAUM but my gunsmith suggested checking out the forthcoming 6.5 PRC. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I seriously doubt many have any experience with this cartridge man. GAP developed it, it must be good. It looks like they will be your only source of brass supply, though.

Might I ask, what it is that you're wanting to do?

It hasn't hit the streets yet, slightly different case than the Saum. There will be factory ammo for it and brass for it is rumored to be fairly inexpensive. Saum brass is also rumored to be coming down in price.

I doubt I'm switch over it, because it does give up a touch of performance to the Saum.
