No. FNH rifles only take FNH mags. FNH makes two different style of mags. The basic DBM is a four rounder that goes to most of their rifles. They also make a TBM model which comes in 5 rounds and 10 rounds. The TBM only comes in one or two rifles. The TBM mags do not fit in rifles that take the 4 round DBM. You can buy the TBM bottom that is a drop in for all SPR and TSR (not sure of the 223 model).
FNH rifles do not take AI mags without modifications to your rifle. Like the other guy said, CDI does make a bottom for the FNH rifles that will let the rifles use AI mags, BUT you have to modify your action. The mag well has to be milled out to make it bigger to fit the CDI bottom and AI mags. My opinion - the FNH TBM system is the way to go if this is your only 308 rifle you want 10 round mags for. If you already have AI mags or want to use the same mags in several different riffles then the CDI system would be the choice. |
