Wow what a case. Do you order the foam for your guns or is it generic? What length shotgun will it hold? Everything inside was made to my specs, for my guns. This is a luxury for me, as I was tired of transporting a ton of different cases/boxes/.....I wanted to load up ONE case and have only a range bag and small bag or suitcase for my change of clothes. The shotgun area is for my 26" M2 with 10rd RCI XRail, and I asked for the cutout to allow for my extended bolt handle and MatchSaver. The pistol area is meant to hold my Zev custom Glock 17L with room for my Zev brass magwell and high enough for my Dawson sights. The rifle area is meant to fit my 18" rifle with Lancer Extended length handguard, Ace ultralight stock, and mega billet receivers, with spacing for my Vortex 1-6 Gen II in its current mounting position with room for an MGM Switchview on either side. There are cutouts for 6 pistol mags with Taran Tactical basepads. There are cutouts for five 30 round PMags. There is a cutout on the right side bottom AND lid to allow a metal 30cal ammo can. The cutout on the left is the same size as the 30 cal ammo can, but NOT cut out on the lid to make sure anything I fill in that void is held into the bottom when the case is shut....no roaming parts. Here is what I have found while playing so far this afternoon. -I can fit 144 rounds of 12ga, possibly 148, into a 30 cal ammo can and put it on the right side. -I would like to have more 12ga in the case with me, and sure I could store a large amount below the shotgun with the size of the shotgun cutout. An extra box or two under the seat of the car just in case should work fine. -I can fit a 100 rd MTM plastic case with .223 and 2 100 rd MTM plastic cases with 9mm in the left side foam cutout, plus extra room for more .223 on stripper clips or my +3 XRail extension for my XRail tube. Everything fits tight there. -thats 250 rifle with mags loaded, and 327 rounds of 9mm with 5 loaded extended mags and a factory length sacrificial mag. -I did NOT ask for a cutout to allow room for a 48rd Nordic extended PMag, Pmag 40, Taccom 5rd extended M3 30rd PMag, or Surefire 60rd mag (don't like the Surefire mag anyways) -A cutout would have been a good idea for a higher cap option, or maybe a coupled mag option. -I will still have to take a small rangebag with me for spare parts, oil, cleaning supplies, ear pro, eye pro, pistol rug, coupled/extended mags,........BUT I will not have to take a rifle in one case, pistol rug with pistol bouncing around the car, shotgun scabbard rolling around, cardboard box with various ammo inside, box with mags,.....car should be a lot more organized now. I do NOT plan to fly anytime soon (I hate flying), but this thing is more than up to it, and would fly with nearly everything inside that I would HAVE to take to a match. There are two covered latches that lock where you would have issues trying to get cutters in on the locks, along with 3-5 other latches that create an airtight seal, and there is a pressure release valve on the side. |

I had multiple people ask for pics with the case loaded down. My pistol is at Glockwork right now getting tuned and worked over, I hear they are even going to custom install some Practice for me that they took from KC Eusebio's stash, but I was able to fit 3 boxes of 12ga under the shotgun. WEIGHT came out to 86lbs as shown, thinking the pistol should add around 2# with the heavy brass magwell on it.....so 88# is my guess right now, completely loaded down. If I were going to fly, I would want to see how much weight I could cut by having empty mags, and shipping my pistol/rifle/shotgun ammo to see if I could get under the 50# limit or not. As shown, there is roughly one box short of an entire case of 12ga, around 300 rounds of 69gr 233, and over 300 rounds of 147gr 9mm. Even at 86#, the casters make it really easy to pull around, and there are plenty of handles on the ends and sides to aid in loading it into my SUV without much effort. |

Do you mind saying how much it cost? |
