Got it. I have 3 STI big stick mags and 2 STI 140mm mags and 1 SVI big stick and 2 SVI 140 mm mags. I put spacers in the STI mags and most of them worked except for 2 that locked open with 1 round left. I have since de activated the slide stop so it does not lock open. Another one of the STI mags had a malfunction where the rounds did not feed up when there were 3 rounds left in the mag. I may have to send that one in to get tuned. The SVI mags all work flawless. I was surprized that this gun has a lot more muzzle flip than my major powered 38 Super caspian.. I shot it today with my standard load of 4 grains of Tightgroup behind a 124 grain MG JHP. which is giong 1050 out of my Glock. I also shot the gun with +P+ 127 grain Winchester ranges to see if a hotter load would work the comp better and it did. I think I am going to start loading Power pistol or 4756 with this gun. Pat |
