| Fun question that show's I don't know everything... Why do you choose or not choose a full length guide rod and uncaptured spring vs a captured spring? What is the benefit of one over the other. I realized I switched to be cool without knowing the reason why I was switching. |

Personally, I doubt that many people could tell a difference in a blind test with captured/uncaptured and even minor differences in weight. I put a 13lb in mine after hearing how so many people do that and didn't feel anything obviously different. I want to try a blind test for myself and see if I can tell while shooting. |
