Just stumbeled across one at a local gun shop. Bought it on the spot.

Anyone know how many rounds i should run through it to break it in?

Congrats on finding one.

Tear it apart and clean everything, lube it up and shoot ~200 rounds.  You'll have a good idea how it shoulders and where it points and then adjust your stock if necessary.

Lifter welding is the only thing i'd recommend, if you plan to shoot matches.

Any idea what most places charge to weld the lifter??

Crums is the internet fav, about $40-45, 4-6 weeks lead time.

I am going to try and get it done locally in Atlanta this week at a well established machine shop.

You can also try my cheap-nick method of using a few layers of aluminum tape.  It has worked fine for hundreds of reloads drills and 4 shotgun stages at matches. I have replaced it three times as it gets worn.  Look down the shotgun forum page for the post.
