Any thoughts on these?  I am thinking of getting on for my 930, but I would like some feed back from those who have some more experince than me.

I have not used the Matchsaver, but I do use the One Shot Shell Holder: http://www.carbonarms.us/Shotgun-Accessories/One-Shot-Shell-Holder.html

Same concept, works great.  I drilled a hole in the stock of my 930 JM Pro and attached it as I didn't feel confident the velcro would stay in place.  Make note to put it high on the stock if you drill, so as not to interfere with the gas system operation on the shell tube.

They work as advertised.. with practice, you can quickly pop the shell in and save a missed shot when you run dry.

It does take some getting used to, but I love mine. Well worth getting. I did use mine with just the velcro for a couple of matches and a couple of weeks of practice with it. It does stay in place pretty well with just the velcro. I still have the velcro even though it's attached with the screw now. play around with the angle some before you choose the final spot. I like mine towards the middle of the stock angled up in the back. My buddy that has one has his paralel to the ejection port. Depends on how you hold the gun, the size of your hands, etc. So some experimentation will help.

Here's a pic on mine on my 930. You can see I drilled a second hole because I didn't like the angle I had it at first:

Love mine too.  Get one, get your angle, then drill your hole.  The hole will likely be in the channel on the inside of your forend.  I used a flat blade solder stick to "cut" out some space in the plastic for the screw post. Then clean up with a knife.  It will not impact the function of your gas system.

Then practice sliding it in the chamber with all your fingers and then use all your fingers to hit the bolt release.

Just get one, you won't regret it, the price is right and with practice it can save you so much time

I made my own.
I just bought a 6ft piece of 3/4 inch PEX tubing for less than $5 at Lowes.
I trimmed and sanded it with my dremel and attached it with Velcro.
I may have cut it just a little too small since the shell flew out of it a couple of times while practicing yesterday.
5 ft 10 inches left to experiment with.

I ordered one to put on my JM Pro, a few days ago. I am still waiting on it to show up in the mail.

yeah my first attempt didn't work too well. The shell would fly out after a few pulls of the trigger.
I trimmed it too small. It didn't have enough hold on the shell.

Can you post a pic of your Matchsaverz without the shell it it?
