| I've read several times about guys having feeding problems with the federal plastic shells,(Estates Federal,,Walmart bulk packs) I thought I would pass on a little tip . The biggest reason is the mushrooming at the ends. I take a 19mm 12 point socket, and roll the ends of the shells ,,,does a great job,, and feeds 100% better. |

Do the shells try to mushroom back out after a while? Can you "fix" them several weeks before a match or do you need to do it the morning of the match. I have several cases of Federal shells that I'd pretty much given up on. At least now I can use them for some decent practice. |
