I’m lucky in that I have access to some pretty cool cnc technology and people who can run them in their sleep. I was thinking about making a prototype M2 forend out of aluminum than incorporated a rail and extended the grip out past your tube nut to allow for an extended grip like what’s currently popular on AR set ups. I’d like to be able to run my shotgun with the same grip length and setup as my AR. I love my m2 but it requires a completely different grip than my rifle.
I looked at the rules for setting up a tac optics shotgun and didn’t see anything that would limit you from using a hand stop or vertical grip on your shot gun, but I could have missed something. (I’ve never seen anyone run anything similar) What does the group think? Cool stuff or waste of time and aluminum. |
