| Anyone have any experience with them lately? Are they still in business? Long story short, I placed an order in JULY for a side saddle for my versamax tactical and received an email confirming my order and everything but was never charged for the item. I emailed them at least 6 or 7 times and never got a reply. I also called numerous times during their work hours and no one ever picks up plus their message box is always full. Funny thing is they keep updating their work hour schedule on the website so I know someone is around. I was wondering if any of you had the same issues I'm experiencing. IShould I just give up and let it go? I'd still love to get the side saddle but at this point I don't have any confidence in them at all. Thanks in advanced for any insight or advice. |

Placed an order in early Jan 2014, emailed them several times, tried calling several times (no one ever picks up), no response whatsoever. I do see them posting updates on their websites, so yes I agree someone is around and just chooses to not respond. Latest update is OUT FOR SHOT SHOW 2014. The best thing to do is to do a CHARGEBACK from your credit card.
The proper response to a company like that is to tell all your friends to avoid them. Companies like them should cease to exist. |
