Will this setup push me into limited? I am thinking about taking the red dot off to stay in tactical division if it is not allowed.

It will push you into open. The RMR by itself would be ok in limited, the ACOG would not. ACOG only is good for tac optics.

You've got some expensive glass. If you're more serious about 3-gun hen you are about having cool gear, sell both and get a vortex razor HD 2 or a Swarovski z6i w/brt reticle. Those two optics are very popular in the game for good reason.
