I was using 124gr Hydra Shok.

I can't wait to try it on something a bit bigger and prove that you don't need a 300winmag to kill hogs.

Nice shooting, you should not have a problem getting a chance at a bigger one, show us the results when you do. Red Goat showed us you can kill a hog with a 22 short, so I don't know why people keep asking what is big enough to kill a hog. It is what ever you feel like using at the time to keep it interesting, that is why I like using sub-suppressed sometimes.

tips hat, hogs been knocken over me corn feeder at night, finaly run cable tree ta tree, few years back bout a 250 lb came in early in morning an popped it... do most of my hunten on WMA...

I did it again yesterday.....except with a bow! Neither animal was recovered though.
