Finally ordered some nice Swiss Victronix knives to help out my old ailing Chicago Cultlery knife that I got back in the late 1970's in veterinary school.
The bottom knife is the Chicago Cutlery that has served me well over 40 years but I bet I will put these two new Swiss Victronix's to good use in the near future!
