Went pig hunting this past weekend and made a rookie mistake of
1) Not getting there early enough to setup in the morining and 2) In the evening, getting too close to the beds that I think kept them from coming out. Pigs 1, Me 0. |
where you using a gun? I thought in California you were only alowed to used butterfly kisses and the dreaded CareBear stare to harvest big game animals! J/K! here in Texas we have a monster hog problem I have shot 5 so far this deer season and I still havent dented the poulation I counted 40 under my feeder on Sat,but thats more bacon for me

I can't count the times I've heard them but haven't seen them, in fact it's happened twice in the last week. One time they got into the thick stuff that was so dense I couldn't get back in there to them and then again yesterday morning when I heard them from my deer stand but they never came out so I could get a shot off. |
