Although the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission recommends all hunters wear hunter orange while hunting, according to Florida Statute it is only required for hunters pursuing deer on public lands and WMAs (except during archery-only season)
How many of you wear or use orange?
Not just hunting deer, but just plain hunting?

In Texas national forests , you are required to wear an orange vest and hat unless you are turkey hunting.  I think you don't have to if you are hunting predators at night either.  Anything else, you need flourecent orange on.

I'm not on a lease or private land so I don't have a choice in the matter.

In AR you're required to wear it during modern gun and muzzleloading for deer and bear. That's the only time I wear it.

Only time I wear it is when I hunt in Oklahoma where it's required. Never wear it in Texas.
