The one at the bottom looks like a house cougar.

Is that just a feral cat at the bottom of the 1st photo or did it look more like a cross between domestic and bobcat?

I'm curious because I've killed a few here in FL that looked like a cross. They were definitely part domestic but they also had a lot of the distinctive bobcat markings. One had a full tail and the other had about 3/4 of a tail.

You guys cleaned up the back 40 alright. Was that a daytime hunt? Stands over feeders and or walk til you see something to shoot?

It is actually just a house cat, but not anyones and we were curious as to how it survived out there. It is on a ranch 45 miles from a small town and almost nobody lives out there, just deer leases and oil rigs. We were night hunting country boy style with a small bit of tactical (AR with weapon light) to get those critters on the run. We just drive around spot lighting till we see something running or coons in the trees then chase them down and bam. The place was about 12,000 acres so lots of animals.

All Feral cats should die, die, die!
Ferals are one of the most deadly creatures that roam the outdoors.
