Nature. Best camo there is!
I bought a full set of camo this year and found...its far too thin. Just like last year I will be wearing my black Carhartt jacket...but this year I got some matching Carhartt coveralls too! The way I placed my blind...theyll never see me anyway. |
| Not being a dick buddy but what it is then, i want to start hunting coyotes I shot one off my back porch a couple months ago, but i actully want to go out and do it, I know nothing but my dad's friend gave me a couple of mouth calls, and to hunt with I have a mossberg 500 , a wasr10,or my all spikes ar i just built but its just open sights, can you guys help me lol, thanks |

1) www.google.com
2) Type in 'coyote hunting'. 3) ??? 4) Profit. But seriously...wind is your biggest opponent while coyote hunting. Their sense of smell will keep them away from you far before they even see you. If you keep track of the wind and note where they typically come from...you want the wind blowing in your face while you are pointing a gun in theirs. Camo isnt super necessary. Helpful, eh...maybe...but not a necessity. |
| I use a set of prairie ghost cover UPS that I got at Scheels. You just put them on over whatever coat and pants you are wearing and they blend in real well in the areas I hunt. You can just use plain white and they work just fine. I have even made my own out of some camp material i found at a hardware store. Get. Few videos and study them to get started and adapt tactics to suit your area. |

I hunt yotes in Iowa- see you're in Ohio...
I have a set of Natural Gear snow camo that I use if I am going to be in timber or field edges. If I will be going cross country in fields i usee a CHEAP white set of painters coveralls that I picked up at my local home improvement center. They are both lightweight and big enough that I put insulation clothes on underneath and them over the top. Most of the time I carry a small pack and have both along with a 8'x8' square of white mesh netting |
