Anyone use an Eotech on their slug gun? Thoughts? Going to this setup soon.

I have never used one on a slug gun, but I can't think of any reason it would not be a good choice especially if you were hunting in thick country and not going to be shooting long distances.

Yes, a 512 on and 870. 3" sabots have not seemed to hurt a thing.

EOTech was AMAZING on my 870 shooting skeet with an 18" barrel.....
No problems, no issues

Did adnyone have an issue mounting it on a Weaver rail? Mine is now on my slug gun and u sighted it in a few days ago. All seems well. Nice and bright, although it is mounted somewhat high. I can't imagine shooting skeet with it. Might try it sometime though!
