As was said already friends and family. I used to lease my land out to friends and relatives for free or really cheap. Had to put a stop to that because of how many people don't respect the property. Friends can still hunt there if I'm with them but I don't let them put up campers or any semi-permanent structures on it. |
It's pretty easy to find them along the country roads at night. Hold the light just right and they will just stand there
Sometimes that may be cheaper than leasing. The price of leases have gone out of sight in the last few years, and the farmers and ranchers are taking full advantage. I thought the economy would shake a few loose, but the ones I see are still too expensive. Sonetimes Craigslist, or cruise the want ads in the smaller papers online. Good luck...fullclip |
