I posted this in GD but I always seem to forget we have a hunting section on here so I will post it here too.

I checked the cams today and had this nice 10 pointer. I also have a picture of him from last year standing in almost the exact same place. You can tell it is the same buck by the cut he has in his ear.

I've killed two bucks this year with a bow and have one buck tag left.  Sure wouldn't mind using it on this guy.

Last year

Pretty cool pics.  I like how you can easily see the growth from one year to the next.

Very cool.

Ok,

Won't ask any more detailed than that, since I am probably 10 minutes from you.

Good luck.

The only time I see a buck like that in the last few years is late at night in my headlights or a picture from someone else's camera.

You really need to get some night vision equipment.

Why? I've already got a huge steel brush guard/bumper between my two headlights!

No. It looks like the rack is heavier and broader now.

Very cool pictures. You will have to get him during the rut. Probably running.

That is just awesome to get 2 shots like that. He is a vampire, but even vampires are testosterone raged teenagers when the poontang gets hot. Hunt dark to dark during the rut, between where the does bed and eat. He is killable, just like a spike.

Also, are these the only 2 pics you have of him?

I know it is only one deer, and the food could have been different from one year to next, but it is damn hard to say that deer is a year older by body size/shape. Cover his rack with your thumb and just look at the body. Looks the same. Hard to say if its a 2.5 or a 3.5 in either picture. Or older.

That is the only picture I have of him from this year.  Here are a couple more from last year.
