Anyone else only getting static? I'm only a tech so I don't know if this is normal.

ETA: I'm still hearing a lot of noise, but can faintly hear light inaudible talking in the background.

I am hearing it live in the Midwest on 7.268 USB.

Unless someone is talking, all you will hear is static.

You're used to FM which has little if any static.
