Some jerk has been transmitting music and vulgar language on 14.3 mhz during the maritime mobile net since 0315 UCT.  I don't have a directional antenna.
Has anybody else heard him and been able to get a bearing?

Once I get the beam up I would be game to help find these kinds of jerks.

I am in GA, we need someone in the NE, NW, SW and then one in the center of US.

I heard about that on my drive home from the club meeting.  

I thought I heard some Elvis playing on 40m also last night but I was switching back and forth between 20 and 40 quite a bit and might be recalling the wrong band.  I'm in the NW and would be happy to help if there isn't a better equipped and more knowledgeable ham willing to do it (I'm a total noob so a more knowledgeable ham shouldn't be hard to find).   I've been wanting a directional antenna anyway...

I would pay the license renewal fee every year instead of every ten years if the FCC would go after these turds. Nothing like some fairly rare DX station on and someone intentionally interfering so others can't make contacts.
