I gave my son a Kenwood TM-281A helped him install it today.

It's worth it for the peace of mind in case he slip's
off the road in winter in an area without cell service.

nicely done.  those look like sweet radios.

have been eyeing one of those pretty hard as of late.  i keep holding off, combing through the classifieds for a good used dual bander though.

waiting sux, though.

Hes saving all his money up for a honeymoon and to
setup house so radio was not in the expense plan.

I was just happy to be in a position to help.
