Our local club is planning on having a booth at a few of the upcoming local festivals. I have been put in charge of getting the banner/posters for our tent. I need some help with a slogan. So lay it on me guys.

I would be tempted to use the "Can you hear me now?" slogan with a photo of something like: http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/baynews9/news/article.html/content/news/articles/cfn/2013/8/21/cell_phone_tower_cat.html
As you know there is a ton more to amateur radio than just emergency communications. But that seems to be what gets most people these days interested. |

I've been pointing out to the YLs that ham radio would allow 'nets' of all their friends chatting away with no minutes to fight over, and it works if the cell phone gets taken away. Kind of the inverse of the 'my prostrate is THIS big' nets. Course they'd need to be pretty close for tech license to do it, but no point having that conversation until after the hook is set. |

How about "We Talk To The World", using a logo something like this? 
I found this by searching for "ham radio logos". I worked WA4FAT the other day and this is on his QSL. 
It's a Gildersleeve cartoon, which graced the pages of QST for several decades. |
