Similar madness on 14.283 - I can't hear the originating station though.
ETA: W1AW/4 - Transmitting on 14.280 / receiving on 14.283.

The pileups for SC are not too bad on CW, but the signals are pretty weak here, so I gave up. The SSB pileups are always nuts on the first day, so I don't even bother.
