I'm recovering from a hard drive failure and am trying to get LoTW and HRD 6.1.4.189 to work like it did before the crash.  I used to be able to work a contact, log it in HRD Logbook, and upload it to LoTW.  All from HRD Logbook.
Now when I try to do that, I get an error message saying "FAILED TO SIGN THE ADIF WITH TQSL".
But, if I manually export the logbook files as an ADIF, and then, in TQSL, "SIGN A LOG AND UPLOAD IT AUTOMATICALLY TO LoTW" it works fine.
What am I missing in HRD Logbook's setup?

What version of WinBlows are you running?
I recall an similar error 2-3 years ago, and after reinstall, reformat, things were not right for a awhile.
Different versions, updates, and compatibility, those 'little guys' in there, they just did not want to shake hands and talk with one another.

Thanks for the input, hdhogman.  I'm still running XP Pro. (I know, I know  )   This is the same OS I used previously, just the HD is new.

Make your "station location" matches and the TSQL executable is correct.

I know I had issues when I moved PCs.

DirtNasty, I checked what you suggested and still no dice.  Thanks for the tip, though.

Thanks K-9 Bob!  That sounds like exactly what I need.  I'll go through it step-by-step.

Big D may I suggest if you aren't already a member of the HRD group on Yahoo to please join.

Lots of free help

There was a discussion a couple weeks ago about this very problem. LoTW was working outside of HRD but was failing inside. IRC it was something about the links had change.

Thanks for finding that SandHillsHillbilly.  I'm already a member of that group, but hadn't thought to look there yet.
