What version of WinBlows are you running?
I recall an similar error 2-3 years ago, and after reinstall, reformat, things were not right for a awhile. Different versions, updates, and compatibility, those 'little guys' in there, they just did not want to shake hands and talk with one another. |

Big D may I suggest if you aren't already a member of the HRD group on Yahoo to please join.
Lots of free help There was a discussion a couple weeks ago about this very problem. LoTW was working outside of HRD but was failing inside. IRC it was something about the links had change. |
