You suck!  Meaning I am talking to myself because I have been tech for way too long now (~4-1/2 years).

Congratulations to you!

Don't slack off now!  Start studying for Extra. With the elimination of CW for Extra... there is no excuse for not taking that soon!

Grats!

I went straight to Gen also...studying for extra now.

Lessee...IC7200, OCF, tuner, Samlex, straight key, fldigi, wsjtx.

I am less than a year into this hobby and into it for about $3k.  I love it.

End of Nov to mid Feb and I'm out just about a grand.

This, for a change, is IIRC Skibane's fault.

What do you mean - learn how to do this stuff? You are supposed to know this since you passed the test.
Congrats!

Thanks guys!  As I've been sitting around waiting for my call sign to show up in the ULS, my new baofeng just bit the dust. Buy once cry once.

This gets a little dicey when I can't remember which test questions I got right and which I got wrong.

I passed my test, then it was a year before I got my stuff together to get on the air.

I forgot most of the band restrictions and such.  Thankfully ARRL has that nice band map, I keep it close and write on it to keep me current.

Congrats, now get on HF, it is where the fun stuff is!
