I have a friend coming over tomorrow who has his tech license. I have my general. I know he can transmit on HF as long as I am the control operator. My question is regarding call signs. The way I read the following link he transmits using my callsign. Is that correct? If not what is the correct procedure?

What he said. This is one reason I'd get a special event call for Field Day. Although it was tied to my call giving everyone that operated Extra privileges it was shorter and better suited for a contest-like environment.
Of course, I had to keep an eye on peeps to make sure they didn't get me into trouble.
