Take the card.

From his QRZ page he's likely living like a lot of Cuban hams do and there's a very good chance the government made his cards.

Frankly I've always wanted a 'Yankee dog, Imperialist pig" QSL from NK or Cuba.

Problem is most Cubans have QSL managers.

One of out guys got a pretty good one a while back and bitched about it. I told him I'd take it.

Cuban cards are a dime a dozen.

most QSL via Spain.

I have one directly from Cuba.

Too bad it isn't an Old School Yankee Dog version.
