So with the ULS down, how do I update the address on my license? I will be unable to receive mail at my correct address beginning Friday.

You can't do a thing until the FCC goes back to work.

About all you can do is file a change of address with the USPS.

Done and done. I also need to let the IRS know and I suppose that also will have to wait. Fun.
