I have been using a Ed Fong J pole for a while now and have had great success with it. I have had problems with it holding water from condinsation but that is soon to be cured with a small hole.

My biggest issue is now that I have it mounted outside at our new house the SWR is nowhere near what it use to be. Now it doesn't drop below 2.1 over 144-148 in fact I cant find a spot on VHF or UHF where it is resonant. Which would make me think feed line issues. I just installed about 25' of 213. it is straight radio to antenna with no baluns, ununs, chokes ect.

Any ideas on whats going on?

PS, the hurricane is here so I have been prepering with Sam Adams winter lager, that said to me the above makes sense.

Try shortening your feedline by about a foot, see if it gets better or worse.   25' should be pretty close to a halfwave multiple at 2M and .66 VF - should be okay but ya never know, off just enough and an odd quarter multiple could be eating you up.
