Didn't want to hijack any of the great thread on EMCOM boxen, but where (as in best price+shipping) are you guys getting your AGM and SLA batteries? I want some for my own box I am putting together, but I am also needing one for a Jeep Powerwheels I just rewired for 12v for my boy. Any good deal would be helpful.

Gruber is a good company to deal with.

Gruber absolutely stands behind their stuff-even when it's not their fault.

Every couple of years my company replaces hundreds of UPS batteries across our three server farms. A couple of years ago a big shipment of SLA cells were damaged in transit-it looked like the pallet was dropped. Long story short, they could have made us fight it out with the shipper, but instead they expedited another pallet at no cost. Not too many firms would eat a $12k order until they get an insurance reimbursement

Those guys are good to go.

Check Amazon Prime. Depending on your state sales tax situation and free 2 day shipping, it might be cheaper. They carry Deka and Optima glass matt bateries.
