DX4Win. I bought it years ago and I have stuck with it. Works good for my purposes. (chasing DX and manageing DXCC awards) It is not free, however.

Everbody has their favorite. YMMV.

I've been using HRD Logging software and, for the most part, it's ok, but it has a few issues that could be improved on. One is that it rarely pulls the correct/complete info from QRZ.com. (I.e. county, grid, address, etc...)

I'll take a look at DX4Win.

I have used HRD, N1MM, and N3JFP. N3JFP is a neat software that always you is pull up maps of States and Countries you need to work for DXCC, WAS, etc

N3fjp. If you ever want to log during a contest his package of software is the way to go. It has only the necessary items for each contest and is reliable as can be.

Thanks for all of the replies.

I downloaded N3JFP and, so far, I like it. Simple & to the point. I'll try out some of the others, but N3JFP is the leader right now.

The whole package is the way to go if you decide to go with n3jfp. And you can do direct lotw uploads with the software.

The one thing I can't figure out on the N3JFP program is how to display/enter the freq.
The only way I can find is to edit the contact after the fact and enter the freq. then.

Am I missing something?

This.  The best part is that the customer service is great.  Send them an email any time of the day or night any day of the week, you will get a very fast response.
