Just got back from testing for Extra. Worked through the test pretty quickly, but I swear there was one question I had never seen before. Something along the lines of...
If an ohmic farmer has a cart pulled by 10 microfarads, what is the angle of Piccolo's first dog? I answered "Yes" and moved on. An older VE in an Army hat graded my test, looked up and said "Congratulations, you are surplus." Seeing my logic circuits failing he went on to say "Extra means surplus, right?" I should have seen that coming! So, can someone please email me the password for the Extra Class forum? Thanks! ...ARFCOM de Frostbite/AE sk sk |

I'm gonna wait for the new question pool. Definitly would like to knock out Extra. If you go for it before the question pool changes, you will have a deadline to make sure you study & get it done!!! Which means it won't happen. Spring/Summer is my busiest time. We had 10 ducklings hatch yesterday. 2 goat kids born on the 14th, and 3 goat kids on the 13th of Feb. Another 14 duck eggs hatching before too long, and plenty of other crap. Along with twice daily milking of two goats. lol..and my normal 8-5 job.

I picked up four chicks last week, and have my hands full just getting things ready for them. That is what actually moved my deadline up for testing. I just needed it out of the way so I could get to other stuff. |

OUTSTANDING! I test for my Extra in a couple weeks. R-32, I tested up in your neck of the woods at the Boeing Activities Center near Everett. That is the place I will be going.
If you had gotten off your butt earlier, we could have tested next to each other and never even known it! |
