I missed out on the training program they provide a few weeks ago :( It was free and our county hosted it. I just couldn't get 3 days off from work.

I went to St. cloud last January for a MN radio board meeting,, 3 days of overview, and goals,, pretty good learning time.. and I picked up a hard copy of this. lots of info..
