Tuning around 20m and stumbled upon some kind of ham radio talk show...Glenn Baxter - W1MAN. Archive search was not successful.
WTF? Friend or Foe? ETA: Google helped. Who is Glenn Baxter, K1MAN? ETA2: I've learned this is one of those "Just turn the dial" moments.
