I just bought it online.  Can you give me a brief summary of what it's about?

sure,

its a urban survival book written by a cody lundin. he is a great author that pretty much tells it how it is and doesn't sugar coat the subjects. he also does an excellent job of incorporating comedy into his book keeping the dry parts of survival interesting. he goes over such things as water purification, shelter, fire, food, etc. he uses common items that are in your home to survive and does a really good job too. i learned a lot of useful tips from this book and while i was reading it i could hardly put it down!

Great, another to add to the library, but it seems to get good reviews on AMAZON. I do have a copy of his 98.6* how to keep your ass alive. He has an approach that will keep people reading and still be able to retain what they read. I still prefure the SAS survival guide, but this is a great book as well.

He's got a simple down to earth style, but gets the point across EVEN to folks that aren't too interested in the first place.  The glossy pics of the cooked rats are quite appetizing
Worth the money, as was 98.6.
