So far here is the progress of my chicken coop, It's 8 foot by 8 foot with an 8 foot ceiling thats slanted to 7 foot left to right.. The nesting boxes are going to be on the front side with a window that i picked up (5'W by 3'H) Thats going to be right above the nesting boxes, which are going to be 14x14x14 since i'm raising large breed chickens. The right side has a standard door in it.

Mine has a solid wood floor. I use pine shavings from tractor supply and keep it about 4 inches thick. About once a month I change it out.

I put a solid wood floor in mine also.  I then put a layer of 1/8" plywood over that without fastening it.  I use straw bedding.  The "false floor" can be easily changed out if it gets soaked protecting the main floor.  I also use poop boards under the roosts so the poop/urine is limited from getting down on the floor.  The fountain does get the floor wet but not too bad.   So far after 2 years it's working well.  YMMV

Get some cheap sheet vinyl and staple it down to the floor, easy to clean, no fuss, no muss........

I'm in progress on mine also.  I just got some cheap vinyl flooring to put in and about 6" up the sides.

Should be easy to clean up and if needed, removed and cleaned.

You sloped the roof toward the door?

You're gonna get drenched when it rains..  You might want to find some gutter pipe to redirect the flow.

I was planning to use gutters to re-fill my rain barrel waterer.

You thought about using that roof to water your flock?
