Ok, everyone says the rule of thumb for brisket and pork butts are 1-1.5 hours per pound.
Does that mean if you have two 10 pound briskets it will take 20+ hours or is it 1 hour per
pound per brisket no matter how many you have?

It's per brisket. Doesn't really matter how many you have, as long as your smoker can maintain the heat.

ETA: Two ten pounders is the same as one, IOW, for the most part. One might end up a little closer to the heat than the other, but no, you don't add together all the poundages.

I can do a 10lb brisket in about 14 hours at 250 degrees or a little less , no direct heat at all !

I use 100% hickery or oak .

So then another stupid queston. If you take a 14lb brisket and cut it in half,
does it only take 7 hours?

p.s.- not at all meant as a smart ass comment.
