[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Broccoli

This year was my first successful year for broccoli. I guess the chicken wire fence helped keep the rabbits away!

I went on vacation for the 4th, and came home this past Sunday to a few nice heads of broccoli. I cut them off. Now what? Pull the plant and re-plant, or will another head form?

You can leave them in and pick the side shoots for a while if you want. But, if you need the space for a second crop, just pull them. I've had a couple of successive crops already.
