Okay, the recent hurricane made me realize that my solar shower is inadequate.  After losing power, and unfortunately having an electric water heater, hot showers were out the window.  I searched but couldn't find anything on recommendations for portable propane camping showers.  There are many online, with varying reviews.  Really leaning towards the one I linked below.

Anyone with experience on these?  Recommendations?

Not a bad idea. You can also search "off grid water heater" I'm sure preppers have also looked into this.

if you decide to go solar...a plastic 2gal garden sprayer (some attach a regular short spray handle) painted black will give you warm water in about an hour (Fla July Sun) and pressure to wash off... be sure to test temperature for kids....I use a dedicated (no insecticide/herbicide) one... a 175' of 3/4" garden hose holds about 2 1/2gal and will get 130F in July Fla Sun after 1 hour... also a 2mil contractor's bag, laid on a flat surface with a 2x4 under the open top, with 2 1/2gal of water, bag collapsed so upper side is in contact with water to remove air, second 2x4 laid on first to seal off bag from wind will also get 130F in the same Sun... you need to have a dipper to remove hot water to mix for shower as even 2 1/2 gal is dangerous to handle in the bag

Eccotemp water heater. Smallest one. Plenty for a shower. Then get a 12 volt pump....the type with a built in pressure switch like you find on tank tow behind pest sprayers.  It'll shut itself off when it reaches a preset pressure and back on again when you turn it on. Put the suction pickup into a bucket of water and connect the outlet pressure side to the water heater. You'll have hot water as long as you have propane and water.

If you have city water still running you will only need the heater.
