Kelty map.
If its just gonna hold gear with no use take one of her other packs....buy the new one for her to use.
Having a molle covered tactical pack.wont do anything the others do cept look cool.  If its not laded right....adding extra pouches is gonna add weight and throw of the center of gravity.

I'm with Protus, I prefer something a little less "tactical" for a BOB. I'd look at some north face, jansport, or kelty bags depending on your budget/desires. I like something like the Kelt redwing 40/50.

Not worried about looking tactical or not...carrying rifles would proooobably be a dead give away.

Then stick with keltys (redwing /cloud /nap)  osprey ..mountain Smith...Dana St.  I've got an mountain Smith approach 3500 lots of features for a day ruck.
Cheaper but military wise you got bhi three day...eagle and tag rucks. Then you have stuff from camelbak mother load...bfm...etc...
And cheaper down the line lapg /511 packs and the sog /field line tactical packs at China mart.

15o$ us a decent budget...figure your loads ...you can over load some 3500-+ rucks making them a bitch comfort wise.......

Why delete the thread? Why not leave the thread as you posted it and simply link to the new thread so that when someone is looking for the same thing, they too will realize there is a better place to ask this question and will be able to benefit from your post?
