Sorry, I know this has come up a billion times. And I know the answer, build one yourself. OK...what do I put in it?
Back ground. Was an EMT 30 years ago for a couple years. Let it expire as I had too much else going on. Anyway, I got the part about some 4x4's tape, scissors, aspirin, antibiotic cream, and simple stuff like that. Also I am building a Get Home Bag. I live out in the country and have a place I may need to get to. I work about 25 miles away and can walk it if necessary. My BOB is coming along pretty good but I need a first aid kit. Something small that I can rely on to get me home. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |
