So I was browsing the camping section today in Wally World and noticed they had the 7 gallon Aqua Tainers in stock for 10.88$ a pop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I dont know if the price was wrong or what but I snapped up all 6 that they had!!!  Usually I see them from 15 to 20$ a pop.  I also stopped at subway on the way out an low and behold, they were running a deal..buy 1 sub get another free for equal/less value.  I got two chicken subs on wheat, beats the heck out of dorm food

Aquatainers are meant for water storage, not grain alchohol and fruit juice

that's been the walmart price for years. They use to be only $9.00. This has been the case in CA and TN. They have always been more every where else. Walmart also has some mountain house. One pound propane bottles are cheaper there than anyplace else as well.

I saw those at my local WalMart about three weeks ago. Only had two on the shelf. I bought both.

I really don't care for aquatainers. The shells are too easily damaged. I had a couple with defects fail and ruin some sheetrock before I noticed. For the small price difference I'd rather have MWC's from LCI. The MWC's will actually stand up to use.

No problems with aquatainers here.

I also havce some LCI cans. They are indeed very sturdy. Call me paranoid, but I don't like owning something that has "property of the U.S government"  molded into it. That, and a couple cases of MRES sounds like a good reason to get detained at a checkpoint.

you would actually go through a checkpoint?
or even if you did, you would stop?

when you see a checkpoint coming up, you gotta pull a red dawn and cut through a field.
