I have a small weather proof, weather radio.
Nice an small.  Picks up real good.
I was looking at EMERSON sold by Wal-mart for $20.00.
This is an AM/ FM as well as weather radio.
So what do you think? Someone out there most have one. Right?

About a year ago I ran across a radio/flashlight that had a hand cranked generator but I can't find it now.  Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The wife and I were at Walmart the other day.  I went through the electronics department to price a new wireless keyboard and mouse set.  While browsing the area, I noticed they had a much of the Midland Weather radios (the little white table top model) clearance priced at $15 each.  I had around $29.99 for the exact same model at Kroger's a few months back. The only difference between the one I bought and the one at Walmart was the packaging (it was the same model, but mine came in a box and these were in those sealed clear plastic packagings).  It might not be exactly what OP was talking about, but figured I'd give a heads up to anyone else checking out the thread and looking for a decent Weather radio for the house.
