I need some help.
I am looking for a watch, and I am not sure it even exists.
Here are my specs, and the reasons why.
I would like a digital watch, solar powered, with a metal case.
(Preferably stainless steel. I make cheap metal corrode)
It should not have a band that is part of the watch, but one I
can replace easily.
Most digital watches have day, date and month, but I would
like one with the year. I don't care if there are any extra
sensors and such. But above all, it must be damn near indestructable.
My price range is up to a couple of hundred dollars, but that
is not etched in stone. I don't care about any particular brand name,
just that it is a good name brand.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

metal banded Casio G-Shock atomic/solar model will probably work for you.

I destroy watches and mine is holding up fine

I got this one a few months ago cause I'm a gadget freak and the thing is also holding up to my abuse

Thanks for the reply, but I had forgotten something: No metal bands.
I have hairy arms and wrists, and most metals bands have the tendency
to rip the hair right out of my arm.
I had been looking at the Casio's, but none seem to fit the bill.
The case should be stainless steel, because I have had the holes for the
watch band elongate and had the watch just fall right off. Once the holes
are elongated, the watch is useless.
