snapped mine today moving it to the shed <yes it was overloaded >

mine had the original 1602 frame. i understand the newer 1603 frames are better. i can replace the 1602 for about 10.00 or 23.00 for the 1603.

anyone think the newer frames aer any better? anyone know of a real METAL frame that fits these and is a resoanble price?

You're welcome.  The link to the OEM is most interesting.  They've some very interesting stuff there.
