This seems strange, but your question asks about "electric wind generators". May I suggest this:  If, however, you are interested in a 'wind powered electricity generator", I'd call you local power company, and have them give you information on any state-funded programs that might help you. If so, they will probably have a list of "approved" generators. You can, of course, get a generator that's not on the list, but the list will be a good place to start. |
